- Orders placed as next day delivery must be placed by 15h00 subject to a delivery fee of R50 within a 50km radius.
- Get free delivery when you purchase R550 or more.
- Changes to your delivery address cannot be made once order is placed.
- We are not able to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times.
- Please ensure that you make provision for someone to receive your order at the address provided, your order will be returned to the relevant Lindt Boutique should someone not be available.
- Deliveries for orders are scheduled weekdays only between 8am – 5pm excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Thursdays after 15h00 for next day delivery ,will be processed Friday for delivery Monday.
- Orders placed Fridays by 15h00 for next day delivery will be processed Monday.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Mondays for next day delivery.
- Please include a South African mobile number should the order be a gift for that special someone.
- Refunds requested will take 7 to 10 working days from date of cancelled order.
- High Risk areas within this radius will attract a Surcharge which would reflect in the costing as soon as the waybill is created.
